Guideline To Get Started
Step - 1: Schedule Meeting With Us
Schedule a meeting with us using the calendar given below. We will discuss in detail about your business. Remember, you must have some friends who have online business and you can only refer us to them. We will sign the partner agreement using the form given below.
Step - 2: Get Your Partner Link
We will create 2 partner links for our 2 services to refer us to your friends. One is for our Business Management service and second is for our Website Development service. You need to send that link to your friends. We will also provide you a dashboard to track how many clients we got from you.
Step - 3: Commission Calculation
We are focusing on 2 businesses. One is Business Management service and Two is Website Development Service. We charge $100/client for Business Management service. For first 2 clients we will manage your business for free for ever. After 2 clients, we will pay you $10/client per month. Our lowest price for Website Development service is $350. If you refer this service, we will pay you $100/client.
Step - 4: Refer Us To Your Friends
You can only refer us to your friends or relatives who you know personally. If they are interested, as them to schedule a meeting at their available time. You should also join in the meeting to insure they purchase our service.
Step - 5: Setup Payment Method
Total commission will be automatically calculated in the dashboard. We will pay you the commission amount at the end of every month. We only support card payment gateway.
Partner Agreement
This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on the date of acceptance by and between, (“Service Provider”) and the referring party (“Client”).
Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which the Client will refer potential clients (businesses) to the Service Provider in exchange for specific benefits as outlined below.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
– Referrers must personally know the referred business owner(s).
2. Rewards:
– One Business Referral: The Referrer will receive business management services at a discounted rate of $50 per month.
– Two Business Referrals: The Referrer will receive free business management services for their own business, provided the referred businesses remain active clients of the Service Provider.
– More Than Two Referrals: The Referrer will receive free business management services for their own business, provided the referred businesses remain active clients of the Service Provider. The Referrer will also receive additional $10 per client after first 2 clients.
– Website Development: The Referrer will receive $100/client for referring a business who need our website development service.
3. Referral Process:
– The Referrer must provide accurate and legitimate contact information for the referred businesses.
– The referred businesses must sign up for the Service Provider’s business management services.
4. Conditions:
– Referrals must result in confirmed and paid services.
– Free service eligibility will remain valid as long as referred clients continue to use and pay for the Service Provider’s services.
– While taking free service, if the Client need any paid tool for his business, the Client will provide the paid tool.
Duration and Termination
– This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party with written notice.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Acknowledgment
By participating in this referral program, the Referrer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
